The project I am submitting is not a renovation but a new building. It is a single family residence built from a flatpack prefab kit. The project is called the E Cube, and is the first production project by Canadian prefab company Jenesys Buildings. Green elements include: highly insulated SIPs construction (walls R 40, roof R 60), Energy Star windows, passive solar heat gain, cross ventilation, exterior sun screens, green roof, rainwater catchment, high-efficiency heating system, heat recovery ventilator.
