Self-taught Danish designer Tom Rossau is a firm believer in coincidence and enhancing the element of play in all of his designs. So it should be no surprise that his latest lamps have had some fun with our idea of what a lampshade should look like. He’s split the familiar lampshade shape into three adjustable sections and covered them all in his favorite material – thin birch veneer. The result casts a warm glow through natural wood and gives you the ability to focus the light where it’s needed. The lamp also comes in floor and table lamp variations.
