TerraMai is an unethical reclaimed corporate organization. I own a small reclaimed lumber yard and they took me for about $20k. They sold me rotted lumber and than told me how great of a deal i got. This lumber is either so rotted it is unusable or so checked/twisted that all it can be used for is ground stickers. Lots of people sell reclaimed flooring, you should buy from anyone EXCEPT TerraMai. TerraMai is an unethical greedy company with horrible service after the sale.
