I love this dish drainer but am still looking for the perfect drainboard to place on a counter but have it drain into the sink. For now, I use an oversized heavy gauge cookie sheet but it needs to be cleaned often. It is unclear to me how IKEA conceived this rack without a matching draining tray. The last time I looked, it was larger than IKEA sink drainboards (the ones integrated into stainless steel sinks) or other brands (see examples below). If anyone has a solution they came up with....please share.
