Our approach to coasters might be a little bit backwards: We collect them because we love little concentrated bursts of pattern to lay about the house, and couldn't really care less about water marks. However, a quality coaster for the rest of the world should be able to protect tabletops from sweaty glasses and little drips. These silicone sets from modern-twist are winners on all fronts, with an added (and awesome) bonus of being able to take a bit ballpoint pen, so you can scribble while you sip and wash it off when you wash up.
