As of January 2011, Flor is sending out the only 3 of the 4 colors in the Modern Mix blue. They can't resolve why their factory is mislabeling the Bluebell color as Iris color. If you order, you get 25% "Hydrangea, 25% Aster, 50% Bluebell, and no Iris. Customer service is dysfunctional and unable to resolve their mill error. Advise not purchasing the Modern Mix product at this time.
As of mid-March, the Interface group has resolved the production error and is now producing the correct Flor "Modern Mix" color variations. With this development, advise 1) that consumers maintain the usual product quality confirmation process (known in the trades as the submittal process), and 2) that consumer and specifiers support this particular Flor product, as it has very high recycled content compared to other vendors.
