Do not buy this unless you have very soft water. Yes, it is absolutly awesome to stand under and we loved it, after six months the flow started to reduce. After nine months it was worthless...how about that $1,200 for six months! No, we are not Rockefeller's. I am trying to remedy with Hans now. Let's see what happens. Why these people do not tell you the product limitations or operational requirements is beyond me. A
