This is an astheticly and functionally beautiful chair. But other than greed and arrogance, how do you explain the 18x price difference between this and the chairs in your local market made with exactly the same methods and materials?
I appreciate the re-design of such a familiar and ubiquitous back yard denison. Although, I do not agree with the price point at $90! Steep for such common materials. This chair would seem to fit nicely at IKEA, which is not a slight, but a complement. I also deeply believe in the concept that design, especially that which is made of plastic, should be more accessible.

Anyone who thinks this is an ordinary plastic chair, should test this chair. It is sooo comfortable and strong, totally not comparable with other plastic chairs you buy in supermarkets. So please, first check your information before you say things like that! By the way, where do you buy your plastic chairs if they only cost 5$??
