Industrial off-the-shelf materials like steel and glass were the building blocks of the original Eames House, the 1949 landmark home of mid-century maestros Charles and Ray, but a set of kiln-dried basswood cubes can re-create the iconic residence and studio. Part puzzle, part teaching tool, this collection furthers the font-based collaboration between the Eames Foundation and type foundry House Industries.
