How do I find a replacement for the 56 oz glass jug?
I have the MMB2000 blender that I received as a gift from a friend. I've used it only a few times, and have been very pleased. However, last week the black plastic blender support cracked, and now I can no longer use the unit. Is there some way that Bosch can send me a replacement part? Same thing here. I've heard this product was discontinued and perhaps we now know why.
