NakNak Corrugate Shoe Tray

After graduating from Konstfack in Stockholm, industrial designer Yenwen Tseng opened his own studio in 2011. He straddles the line between the ordinary and extraordinary in his work, imbuing everyday items with clever twists. The Corrugate Shoe Tray (2015) comprises four wooden blocks separating two sheets of heavily corrugated steel for properly housing shoes with dirty soles, collecting pebbles, sand, ice and water in its deep grooves. Designed to keep your entryway clean and clutter-free, it uses magnetic fasteners for easy assembly, breakdown and washing. Made in Taiwan.
