Post Architecture designed this 1,800-square-foot home for two yoga studio owners in Toronto. A century-old coach house that formerly occupied the site was deemed to be in too poor shape to restore. Since the house is on a small lot—adjacent to the existing, main house—and close to its other neighbors, architect Gloria Apostolou devised a C-shaped structure that receives light from a south-facing courtyard, creating privacy in the other directions.
