Stéphanie Marin

Born in 1973 in Marseille,
Stephanie Marin lives in Nice.

Her universe is natural, nonconformist and playful.
She embraces an unique relationship with space and movement within the contemporary living space.

In 1990, she enjoyed an early start in design: fabrics become her daily environment as she starts her own business.
A workshop, a French handcrafted production.

Between pragmatism and realism.
With their odd yet natural shapes, her projects are a link between art and interior design.

The project revolves around our relationship to nature, to our need to find and bring elements of Nature into our interior atmosphere.
Useful and beautiful metaphor objects for a new habitat.
The interior space becomes an imaginary landscape, an intimate territory of our invisible travel.

Tree to be Eaten

Consider it a dream come true, an honest-to-goodness marshmallow tree. This decorative piece would make a nibble-worthy presentation when the party is in full swing and the hors d'oeuvres are in bloom, that can also double as decoration when its brances are bare.
