Mauk by Lea Ceramiche
Mauk is a new series of geometric shapes from the Slimtech Basaltina Stone Project. The original laminated porcelain slab is available in a large 3m x 1m size and is just 3 mm thick. It is cut into pieces and recomposed like an Escher puzzle, giving it a 3-D effect. The modular series was designed by Italian architect Diego Grandi. Made to look like basaltina stone, the porcelain tiles are is extremely lightweight and hard-wearing. The series comes in three modules: Cuadra 57.6cm, Esa 38.3cm and Spina 25.8cm.

All-natural, Tracce is available in six colors: cenere (ash), creta (clay), luce (light), ombra (shadow), sabbia (sand) and terra (earth) and three sizes: 12"x24", 18"x18" and 24"x24". The surface of the material is reminiscent of decommissioned industrial spaces and pieces of historic architecture, creating interwoven and superimposed textures inspired by peeling walls, bare concrete and flaking plaster.
