Bed Bug

Eschewing sharp lines and tight corners for a far more bulbous take on the bed, Paola Navone’s low-lying design gives the
effect of settling into an overstuffed cloud.

Carmel Chair

Behold, a seat as smooth—and enticing—as its namesake. Jean-Marie Massaud's Carmel chair for Poliform appears to melt into itself, with a few deep creases that make up the overstuffed arms and back. It's a beaut.

Moby Bed

The Moby bed was created by studio Kairos for Poliform in 2003. Both the headboard and frame are available in removable fabric or leather.

Ubik

To best appreciate the sleek look of the Ubik system, whose aesthetic we admire (but whose cost causes consternation), proper lighting is a must—–especially if you choose to turn the system into a freestanding wardrobe with doors. Ubik would surely tame a pile of pumps or litter of linens, but without a background in apparel retail, we’re not sure who has the gumption to keep their shirts in each mailbox slot–like cubby.

Ventura Lounge

Ten hues of drawstring stitching contrast Poliform’s multitude of fabric options, all wrapped around Massaud’s sinewy chair frame. We recommend the higher-contrast shades, from an electric blue to Giallo, pictured here.
