Marketing Manager – East Coast

The Ideal Candidate:
Holds a bachelors degree, preferably in a business-related field;
Has 3-5 years experience in advertising, publishing (print or online) or marketing;
Appreciates a fast-paced, team environment;
Is a self-starter who takes charge of projects and sees them through to completion;
Has excellent written and oral communication skills;
Demonstrates creativity as well as sound organization;
Has great interpersonal skills and enjoys working with people;
Is proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software; graphic and desktop publishing software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat) and Sales Force.

Job Responsibilities:
Sales Development
•    Work with marketing team to evaluate existing ad programs and to create new integrated advertising programs. 
•    Work with Director of Marketing to create sales presentations, one-sheets and other sales support materials.
•    Synthesize primary and secondary research data to support sales presentation and RFP response objectives.
•    Create sales presentations focused on key emerging and existing categories. 

Media Sponsorships and Brand Partnerships

•    Manage media sponsorship and partnership opportunities with New York based partners.
•    Help to create programs and coordinate opportunities.

RFP Management

Manage the RFP process for all reps on the East Coast:
•    Brainstorm with sales reps and marketing
•    Research client initiatives
•    Customize blueprints for clients
•    Write up any custom programs or “big ideas”
•    Create presentations/slides specific to RFPs
•    Track RFPs using Salesforce


3rd Party and Showroom Events

Manage events that occur on the East Coast and manage client communication for clients based in East Coast territories.

Added-Value Management
•    Work directly with reps to fulfill added value.

Ad Development and Copywriting
Work with Creative Services team to contribute to Dwell Community, Events & Promotion section, event invitations, advertorials.
