Final(ly) House
Built for a couple nearing ninety, this residence’s universally accessible design calls for a flat house on a sloping site. Designed to feel as if it had always been there, the house incorporates numerous sustainable elements, including a living roof, reclaimed local 100 year-old redwood siding, radiant heating and cork flooring. The house flows into the natural habitat of the Marin Headlands and features 180° views of the Golden Gate Bridge and Pacific Ocean.
