1990's home that was desperately in a need of an upgrade. Our focus is on White, Bright and Light. We want the ocean or smell of the ocean to be like white noise, you always know it is there. The rooms have to be bright adding Eco-friendly windows allowing sun to flood the rooms. And using lighting to create an intimate but warm space, monochromatic colors of tiles, floors, paint, fixtures and appliances.
