Located in the heart of one of Colorado's most prestigious neighborhoods, this mid-century modern mansion offers unmatched privacy and seclusion. Designed by Rene Chouzenoux (Rene of France) who immigrated to Chicago from France during WWII before making his home in Littleton, CO. No expense was spared on this custom home, as local entrepreneur and socialite Holbrook Mahn built this home for grand entertainment. The cost to build this home in 1959 was $150,000 when the average home at the time was around $20,000. The 5.48 acre property has expansive mountain views as it overlooks the Glenmoor Country Club golf course. The back of the property contains a pond and island which is maintained by Glenmoor. With only two owners, the home has been beautifully well preserved. It features the era's highest end light fixtures, St. Charles cabinets and over the top original bathrooms. Every room has a sliding glass door creating the ultimate indoor/outdoor connection. There is a tennis court, and a buried pool that could be brought back to life for the ultimate mid-century modern experience.
