"Azzurra " is a floor to ceiling glass high-rise on the border between Venice Beach and Marina del Rey. Azzurra was built in 2004 as apartments and soon after converted to condominiums. However, the interior finish level from the apartment specifications is not aligned with either the privileged location or the contemporary architecture. Enter this remodel, which gutted the interior surfaces, expanded and updated the kitchen and living areas to leverage the voluminous light. The residence now offers a well appointed interior to compliment the extensive amenities on site as well as the endless attractions just outside in Marina del Rey, Venice Beach and Santa Monica.
