The Ridgeview Collection is a very unique project, comprising of three luxury villas perched on a hillside overlooking the serene Babalua section of world famous Grace Bay Beach on Providenciales. Each villa is designed to harmonize with the natural surroundings, while providing one of the most unique and special views of the most glorious ocean water on the planet.

The Ridgeview Collection is being developed by Latitude 22, which has developed similar luxury (and affordable) projects off the coast of Venezuela, and in Turks and Caicos. While many other villas are very expensive, or within a shared community, these villas are private, while still at the price point of a condominium. These are perfect for people who want to purchase a second home in the Caribbean, particularly on Turks and Caicos.
