This tired mid-century home in the hills of Studio City was artfully refurbished by designer Ilan Mitel. While he certainly modernized it, he was able to stay true to its 60's bones. Love the pops of teal in the tiles of the kitchen and baths, as well as the Terrarium - The BEST ! Staging by K+V Homestaging helped finish the effect.
