Beautifully designed by an award winning designer and architect, this modern house won the first Grand Prize Sustainable House of the NHBA. The house received the first LEED Silver sustainable home for Virginia and has solar thermal heat and hot water, blow-in insulation, Grohe fixtures, Pedini kitchen, Bosch appliances, hardwood floors, and other fine features. Located on ½ acre of landscaped property that backs Pimmit Run Trail and Preserve with wildlife, jogging paths and privacy. Step outside and take a walk in the quite woods.
