Sand Dunes is a stunning front line holiday home overlooking Mawgan Porth beach in North Cornwall with unrivalled views out to sea. The house is spread over 3 separate buildings with 7 bedrooms, an open plan living area with a sunken lounge, cinema room and dedicated surfboard room and spa. The house was designed to create an open-plan contemporary space for family living with an emphasis on the Cornish surfing culture.

The house was built using locally sourced natural materials, from the local Cornish stone, reclaimed slate tiles, and architects select vertical black timber cladding. The dark tones of the cladding help the building to blend with the natural colours of the surrounding landscape.
