S. Highline Circle

We remodeled this Ranch Style home to modernize and open the space up. We added new cabinetry, fireplace brick and matching hearth, as well as kitchen cabinetry and a reconstruction of the center kitchen island. We opened up the living room area to add french doors leading to a home office, and remodeled the original rounded entry and doorways of the house into modern, square framings. The project as a whole, needed a functional and aesthetic modernization, and Factor found the perfect balance of inviting, homey, ranch style home, and modern farmhouse!
