L O O K I N G O N from the seating in the bar side lounge Walnut trim detail...the beam top left is what drove scale on all the walnut trim. Beneath it is a steel I-beam placed to allow us to remove bearing wall and give the space an open commercial feel [right of bar]

P O W D E R R O O M the addition of the powder room was necessary but we had an aversion to seeing a door 'float' on the wall. this drove the design for three, custom milled, slatted walnut wall panels. Two sections were fixed and the third application concealed our powder room door. and through the door the space lends quirk and play...a piece a custom art [jami milne] in place of the mirror. art commission | CONCEPT This piece was a comedic personal play on the client. Raised on a farm in Iowa, he had a goat named Eddie. Behind this wall is a movie room. The application is digitized, laser printed on an edge banded piece of wood.

Natural stone wall was decided upon as the dramatic accent, but it also has a nice organic compliment to the walnut trim detail
