Built in the late 19th century by one of the most influential families in town, the Meirings, this Magnificent historic Villa has been fully restored, renovated and extended over the past 6 years to the highest level.
Occupying an impressive plot of 1175 sqm (aprox. 560 sqm building) of the prestigious Church Street, this extremely versatile property offers a variety of business possibilities to a visionary investor.

It perfectly suits a variety of business such as: an art studio/gallery/shop/coffee shop as well as doctors and practitioners rooms, offices, Airbnb, or even a high end restaurant/lounge/sushi bar.

Well, placed, in the heart of town, the property is surrounded by beautiful trees, heritage sites, coffee shops and art studios. It's within walking distance of the main churches, Q. Square, supermarkets, schools and just 5 minutes drive to the Mall.

The current configuration has two well defined areas, that are divided by a beautifully designed door: The business area (currently used as a photographic studio) in the front, features 4 stunning extra large rooms and a bathroom. The residential area features 3 bedrooms, 2 new bathrooms, large living room, new open plan kitchen and dining area, living room, foyer or office area , a large entertainment area with BBQ, a newly refinished pool, pool shelter, car port for at least 2 cars, beautiful manicured garden with children’s entertainment area, including a tree house, a zen garden, a garage, backyard workshop, an extra outside toilet and much more.

The security includes: CCTV System, Alarm System and armed response, electric fence, etc.

The property has also been updated with LED lighting systems, water wise gardens and rain water reservoirs.

The photos are not enough to show the magnificence of this Classic beauty!
