Nob Hill Expansion

Excavation, shoring and build out of a 700 SF basement below an existing owner-occupied home in Presidio Heights. Basement included a billiard room, a sauna, a steam shower, washroom and hydronic radiant heat. The expansion included a two story steel window wall with a new staircase leading to a new, professionally landscaped backyard. Exterior work included tile clad concrete planters, custom concrete treads, a raised brick patio, custom metal railings and a solar photovoltaic array.
