Mercer Street Loft

Design and renovation of a 5000 sqft loft that spans a full Manhattan block but 20' wide and 18' ceiling. the long plan is interrupted by a light well creating a narrow path separated the living area and the sleeping quarters. this narrow path becomes a sun lit gallery with windows on both sides.
