Magnolia Flats

Magnolia Flats consists of two retail buildings which provide restaurant and dining with an outdoor patio and open green gathering space where visitors from the surrounding residential neighborhood and community may connect and socialize. The architectural design of the retail buildings deliver transparency with expansive windows and roll-up doors creating indoor and outdoor connections. The architectural language of the facades of the buildings incorporate shapes inspired by the agricultural heritage of barn structures with simple, contemporary forms and diverse materials such as wood, glass and metal panel siding. Tenants include restaurants and small retail shops.
