Magic Mix Juicery

We were excited to be selected to help create a young entrepreneur’s first venture, a raw food grab-and-go restaurant located in Manhattan’s financial district. Our aim was to translate the Magic Mix concept of fresh cold pressed juices, smoothies and healthy meals into an architecture of clean lines, materials and transparency. The open kitchen is clearly visible from the front of house so you can see the chef preparing the next batch of goodness. Because this flagship store also serves as the production facility for a delivery service, it includes a commercial kitchen, storage and cooling facilities in the cellar, office and back of house in addition to the restaurant seating and point of sale area.
