In a site where an abandoned house used to be...Luna 1807 was born as a residential building proposal to enhance and interact with a very hip neighborhood in Guadalajara.
Blending in through a textured and earth toned pigmented concrete block, the five story building with 8 apartment units and a pent-house, rises to offer generous and comfortable spaces where only the bathroom and laundry areas are enclosed within walls and the rest is a 3 m high open and versatile space.

On the backside of the site there is an adobe wall from the original house that was preserved and integrated to our project to give a warm welcome to the building and to remain as a witness of passing of time.
