Loire Apartment

When my husband and I bought this 550 square feet apartment, it was very outdated and the poor layout did not work for us as a couple. We knocked down the walls, renovated everything from the kitchen to the ceiling and floorboards and created lots of built-in storage options to maximize every square foot of this apartment. It is now a warm and cozy home that has everything a couple may need despite its small footprint. We DIYed this whole renovation for under $30k and this is including all the furniture and decor pieces!
