Japanese WEB Manga creators Office

This office is special in that most of workers are creators, so, we had to design a space where they canfocus on their creative-activities.We went back and forth between digital and real, as an image of an improvised lab and creative-activities to be linked, then, we decided to incorporate a mechanism into a space that stimulates thesenses.We emphasized on the efficiency, and designed the layout to maximize worker desk placement.We also created a standing area in the center of the space, so that people can have a conversation andmeetings easily, which makes concentration and relaxation.By unifying the color of the ceiling, window frames, and chairs in the company`s theme color, orange,while the walls and floor are in a material color with a sense of texture, we designed the color schemeto show up vivid color.As for the details, by expressing the same quality as CG modeling data in the real world, such asintentionally unifying with monotonous design, swapping colors without parting margin material andlimiting the number of materials used to only a few types, we created the ambience that is likesomewhere between real and virtual.Also, the infinity mirror display placed in the refresh area stimulates the senses by synergy with thespace.We hope this space will help the workers to be as creative as possible.
