The starting point for the design of this house was the requirements of a couple with four sons. We proposed a functional, comfortable and open style. The house faces an attractive golf course, with all the rooms overlooking it.

The design is clear and simple, on two floors, with the public areas on the ground floor and the private ones on first floor, using noble materials like black iron, raw lapacho wood, panels of exposed concrete, all contributing to the aesthetics of the house with their natural colors.

The access structure separates the house from the street, entering through a cage of timbers that enclose a garden which acts as entrance hall, but outside the house. It is an attractive and distinctive space with a lot of greenery for the living room to enjoy beautiful views.

The kitchen that opens onto the playroom with a large island, generates an ideal environment for the children with an inside barbecue for cold days. An enormous window in black iron and glass separates and opens onto a large integrated loggia. This space also opens onto the swimming pool for the warm season. On the first floor there are three independent spaces. On one hand, a playroom with games and TV to watch movies, isolated from the bedrooms. Further on, the main bedroom has a wide view of the golf course, with generous dimensions where wood is predominant, with an iron stove and a bathroom clad in Calacatta marble. The four children each have their own bedroom and the bathrooms are club style, two of them compartmented into six cubicles to be used independently, and a generous linen closet.
