Downsizing from a larger family home allowed these clients to relocate to a lively urban setting with the amenities and bustling of the city at their doorstep. The residence is part of a low-rise contemporary building by Handel Architects with sharp angles and full height windows, uniquely situated to overlook the neighborhood activity just below. We focused on simplicity and functionality to make the most of the space, highlight the views and create a calm refuge.
