From Paul Seftel

This 2 bed 2 bath pad was designed by artist Paul Seftel as a meditative sanctuary high in the sky above NYC's hustle and bustle. Facing north with unobstructed views of the Empire State and Midtown, the picture windows feature the ever changing colors of the sky and skyline, whilst venetian plaster walls and silvered oak parquet floors provide an rustic modern backdrop for Seftel's organic abstract contemporary paintings. Making his own paints and plasters using, marble powder, quartz, limestone, iron oxide, copper patina and polymer -amongst other things, the paintings and walls 'breathe' with the elements, to create this unique Artists oasis in the sky above New York City- in the heart of Greenwich Village.
