Golondrinas 34 House was projected with the intention of a compromise between the interior’s public areas and the light enriching gardens, crossed ventilation and visual finishing touches. Simplicity in colors and the use of only a few materials reflect a refined design, distinguishing the project in general seeking that occupants and greenery bring life to the house.

From the hall’s access you can see a rock at the back of the land serving as the pool’s header; mouldy and fern-covered it gives the garden that moistness sensation and the character of a unique element that has been there before the construction of everything that surrounds it.

The kitchen as a social area is integrated with the living room and the patio, and as such promoting the house occupants’ social interaction in a single space comprised by multi-purpose areas.

Exterior lighting highlights the land’s depth and specific elements of the greenery. A light beam is projected on the main façade towards two stone elements, emphasizing the shadows generated by their texture, that uphold in cantilever one of the bedroom’s balcony.

As part of the space’s optimization, in the upper level there is a TV room which provides access towards three rooms avoiding unnecessary traffic areas. Each bedroom enjoys the integration and warmth provided by the wood in each of the dressing rooms.
