While making a statement that every human being is unique and full of mind blowing ideas, we confronted the question of how could the space of house boost and open this potential? How to create the very place of strength and inspiration for a human?
In all our observations we could find nothing more powerful but the connection of nature and human. So we aimed to create an architecture that is a mediator between both.

Challenges We Faced
Balance Between Transparency And Intimacy
The initial task of the inner house area was to be a frame to the environment outside the window. On the other hand, we wanted to preserve the comfort of private zones.
Taking into consideration the psychological presumption that individual can open and develop under the condition of feeling safe, we designed the house on intersection of architecture and psychology preserving the balance between transparency and intimacy.

Blurred boundaries
We chose the kitchen as the most sociable area of the house and decided to blend it with outside space. The division between house and terrace is erased due to opening windows that stand opposite to each other. In one moment inner space becomes outer space and vice versa.

Wave syllouette
The Author of the silhouette Andriy Beliaev took inspiration from Japanese engravings creating a wave shaped silhouette for the house. Half floor hidden in this form gives an extra sleeping area with roof skylight that finishes the upper line of the house. Access to the half floor is from the living room area.

Be - Polite House
As kids we are taught that you cannot come to someone’s house and make too much noise or mess as you have to behave yourself.
The respect to the environment where you build your house is the same principle but on the higher level. And prefab house previously built in the warehouse is a great decision in this case, since the impact to the environment is much less and the contamination with building waste is also minimal.
