This project consists on a restructuration of an 40m2 through plan apartment in Paris.It benefits from a crossing East-West orientation, between a schoolyard and a typical course of a Parisian suburb. The main intention of this project was to highlight this crossing character, with a complete restructuring. The large opening in the load-bearing wall and the demolition of the partitions made it possible to play with a large empty tray and to imagine a luminous and modular space according to the uses.
We imagine the shower room housed in a bow window like a pink cocoon in a apartment that exudes sobriety and earthy natural materials.
Natural materials and warm tones; wood, waxed concrete and linen, harmonize with custom-designed furniture. The ambiences are intended soft and bright, refined and authentic by the use of these materials.
