Nestled within the Argenta Residencial development in Zapopan, Jalisco, this home boasts a privileged view of the adjacent ravine, a natural extension of the Cañadas ecosystem.

Conceptualized in harmony with its surroundings and topography, the residence takes advantage of the rear slope to create a double-height space and maximize the captivating views.

A meticulous contextual study of the area revealed the absence of significant architectural elements that could hinder the conceptual development of the dwelling. Thus, the design team prioritized functionality, orientation, and views, establishing the rear vista as the focal point for spatial arrangement.

The architectural program adheres to the essential needs of a modern home, emphasizing thoughtful distribution, ample spaces, and a material palette that exudes elegance and restraint.

Large windows seamlessly integrate the interior with the breathtaking views of the surrounding ravines. Low-maintenance materials were carefully selected, including concrete, stone, black aluminum, clear glass, and exterior steel latticework. Warmth is introduced within the home through the use of wooden carpentry and carefully considered lighting. The stairs, crafted from black matte steel plate, embody the elegance and modernity sought by the young family for their daily life.
