A highlight of the stylish kitchen is the Caesarstone island bench, with waterfall edge and feature pendant lighting. The dark colour scheme contrasts perfectly with the bright, clean feel of the home and makes an impressive statement. The kitchen also includes a large walk-in butler’s pantry, which provides plenty of extra storage space.
With 9ft ceilings included throughout the home, every room feels spacious, especially the living area. The sense of space is further enhanced by the bright colour scheme and large picture windows that have been ideally positioned to face north. Sliding doors open out onto the decking and alfresco from both the living and dining zones, which creates a nice flow between the indoors and out.
With four good-sized bedrooms, there’s plenty of room for a large family or group. Bedroom 1 includes an ensuite and walk-in robe, plus a large picture window that lets in plenty of natural light. Another clever addition is the painted wood panelling feature walls, which draws the eye and adds to the coastal vibe.
