I'm happy to share photos of this 117-square-meter penthouse, situated on a single floor with four directions of air, a 60-square-meter balcony in the front, a 30-square-meter balcony in the back, and a section of the roof. It's a real urban dream! The apartment is located in the south of Tel Aviv and seems to have been waiting for this beautiful and brave family to purchase it and transform it from a lonely and dirty gray concrete building into a family-oriented apartment, full of sunshine, light, and life.

Work on the apartment began over two years ago. Although the apartment is indeed a penthouse, it's part of an entire building renovation project and constitutes a new floor that was added. The apartment takes on a circular shape because it was constructed around an existing stairwell.

When I first visited the apartment, everyone was wearing masks, and the whole building was a construction site. There weren't even stairs leading to the floor. Nevertheless, upon reaching the top floor, I realized that we had arrived at the promised land. There was light, endless light, and air – everything else I knew we would sort out later.
