We at EZ Plans transformed a 1920s dilapidated Spanish-style home sandwiched between apartment buildings into a mid-century, modern contemporary private oasis, ideal for a peaceful retirement. The owners desired a single-story living setup where their pool and outdoor kitchen exist on the same level as their main living space, blending indoor and outdoor living seamlessly. The renovated home features an expansive above-ground deck to encapsulate an elevated swimming pool with parking below.
