300 m² apartment for modern family

The AIYA team designed a spacious three-bedroom apartment in Moscow for a family with three kids. The heart of the project is the symbiosis of traditions and modern vision, on a combination of calm neutral shades, wall stucco, wood, marble, best European furniture and lighting brands and local contemporary art.

We combined two apartments in one and got the 300 m2 space for the family with three kids. The common area with the kitchen, the dining room and the spacious living room are connected by an enfilade. Close to the entrance there is a guest bathroom and a kitchen storage space. The private part contains the master suite with a bedroom, a bathroom, a dressing room, a small living room with a library and a workplace and a gym. In the separated kids zone there are three bedrooms, a bathroom, a guest room and a staff room.
Our customer is a passionate triathlete, he needed a well-equipped gym for regular training. To make online training super comfortable, we installed a large screen in the gym.

To create a fancy London-like look of this interior, designers plated with architectural elements such as graphic ceiling stucco, decorative window frames painted in black, unique porcelain stoneware and Antolini's Fior di Bosco marble wall in the kitchen.

While working on previous projects, designers found out the owner's love for art and their growing collection. Designers and customers spent a lot of time in galleries while choosing art, vases, sculptures and decorative textiles to create the interior that matches with its owners perfectly.
