This almost a century-old house, located in a vivid area close to famous Floridian Wilton Manors is a flip, that type of project that always provides a certain challenge for the interior designer. On one hand, your decisions mostly based on your own taste (which is always nice). On other, an amount of responsibilities lyes on you is enormous. You have to be able to predict a potential client and assure fast selling while staying on a very tight budget.
We received the project when the house changed several owners, different architects worked on plans, and some important decisions, as plumbing locations, were already made. Being restricted by that, we still had the power to reconfigure a kitchen, change some windows' locations, create a new power and lighting plans, design a parking lot and set the general tone by finishes and fixtures.
Having in mind a potential client and the characteristics of the house, the concept was defined as a "Loft-inspired male cave".
The house was sold being on the market for only one day.
