Join us for a workshop at Flora Grubb Gardens on how to create interior and exterior vertical gardens utilizing the Woolly Pockets systems. By inserting living elements into unexpected and constrained spaces, vertical gardens mingle the realms of both landscape and architecture and open new possibilities for design. Flora Grubb Gardens' Jim Kumiega and Flora Grubb will discuss their use of the system for display gardens and commissioned projects. They will also offer instruction on installation in varied contexts. The system's ease of use brings the option of vertical gardening to smaller-scale projects and interior spaces. Predictable costs and simple installation can keep vertical gardens within strained budgets. The breathable, modular, neutral-color, capacious pockets come optimized for interior cultivation or outdoor growing. For indoors, a sealed version prevents water leakage.The draining version allows rainwater passage on outdoor installations.
