Slow Food Chicago: Ecuadorian Chocolate

Master chocolate maker Enrique Cerda of Kallari Chocolate will deliver a presentation on the production of Cacao, and the story behind the 850 indigenous Kichwa families from the Ecuadorian Amazon who produce small batch chocolate in the Andes Mountains. A wine and beer pairing will follow.
