Yerba Buena Center for the Arts (YBCA) in San Francisco is raffling off a $2.4 million house, making it the most expensive home ever known to be raffled off for philanthropic purposes. The 4,000-square-foot residence, located just steps away from Gold Gate Park in San Francisco, also includes a detached two-bedroom guest house.The grand prize winner can choose either the Dream House or $1.8 million in cash. The deadline to purchase tickets to be eligible for the April 16 drawing is April 3.
