This year's event spotlights the urgent need to discuss and document the Valley's endangered pool of world-class midcentury modern architecture. The central event of the week, the Founding Fathers of Modern Phoenix Home Tour, gives participants an interactive view into restored mid-century modern homes in the Uptown Phoenix and Arcadia neighborhoods including homes designed by Ralph Haver, Al Beadle, Calvin Straub, Ned Sawyer, Harold Ekman and Donn Wooldridge.
